DIGITAL PUBLIC SERVICES AND COVID-19
IMPACTS AND CHALLENGES
Abstract
Its theme is access to digital public services and their interconnection with the principle of efficiency within the scope of Public Administration. It aims to assess whether the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic presents itself as a boosting factor for digital services by the administration and its social effectiveness. Regarding the methodology used, the deductive method of approach and procedure was used. Support techniques include the use of legislation, doctrines, articles and journals. This research ends with the final considerations, in which the result is that the idea of a digital State, combined with continuous technological integration, provides the offer of digital public services that must be accompanied by efficiency, security and comprehensiveness of procedures. . Access to technology has its social price, so that, like historically more vulnerable groups, it still has access to a more limited digital Public Administration model.
